The HERE FOR GOOD CENTRE was opened on October 13th 2001 at 17, Sydenham Road; the main High Street in Sydenham near the railway station and Cobbs Corner. The original centre was in Bell Green and made a difference to the area by running a number of community groups. COMMUNITY GROUPS @ HERE FOR GOOD

MEETING POINT: a weekly club for the retired. Tuesdays 2.00 - 3.30 p.m. come along for a warm welcome, a cup of tea and a biscuit, friendly chat, a talk or activity, and days out.

OPEN DOOR: a weekly group open to all asylum seekers and refugees. We are here to offer a listening ear and to help in any way we can. Practical support and advice available. Wednesdays 10.00 - 12.00 noon

SPRINGS: parent/carer and toddler group. Fridays 10.00 - 11.30 a.m. A warm welcome, have a chat and a cup of tea. Toys, games, and songs for the children.
